Temperatures are starting to creep down as the winter comes upon us. I find it’s always a great time of year to reflect as the the new year finds its way into our minds.

7 Stages of Learning

This has been a long time coming, as I’ve wanted to distill my process of learning into a structure that was clear and digestible. I have learning martial arts as an example, but this has been a process I’ve used other places in my life as well: learning languages, men’s clothing, and even blogging.

(Back to) Normal

We’ve all heard this a lot this year: “I wish things were back to normal.” But what is this normal that we’re longing for? Is normalcy really what we want?
