TÓTEM @ Film Forum

This week I'm seeing TÓTEM at the Film Forum! Shortlisted for the 2024 Academy Award® for Best International Feature Film, TÓTEM follows 7-year-old Sol helping her aunts prepare for her father’s surprise birthday party. It's supposed to be a richly textured, deeply compassionate portrait of a family that’s falling apart as one of the youngest members comes into consciousness.

Note that this film is in Spanish with English subtitles and has a runtime of 95 minutes.

I've already bought my ticket for 6:50pm on Tuesday, February 13th!
