Thank you so much for those of you who came out to Toronto Theory 2, and more recently, to Bonnie’s Viaduct Talk. It’s been a strange Spring, throttling back and forth between the emissions of the sky snow engine and brief mirage-like glimpses of warmer days. I’m glad you’re with us.

I’m writing to invite you to Toronto Theory 2.5, which is a revision of Toronto Theory 2 that I’ll be running solo. I had such a blast working with Matthew and the confluence of our ideas produced a lot of insights for me — at the same time, I want to make sure I get a chance to “put to paper,” so to speak, a lot of the ideas that have swirled up in the meantime. We also received more feedback than ever before on this particular event and I want to honour it.

For those of you who came to Toronto Theory 2, this event will focus on similar themes but with entirely new slides, lecture and argumentation. Think of it as another run at the same constellation of ideas. If you’ve been to TT2, you’ll still enjoy it, as the material will be entirely different.

If you haven’t been to any of the Toronto Theory events, you can absolutely still come to this one!
