1. Toronto Theory 2 dates have been set. They are Jan 14 and Jan 15, at New Stadium, and will feature the one-and-only Matthew Jordan, whom many of you already know. The theme is “Toronto Joy, Toronto Greatness.”

   If you are interested, please get your tickets in the next few days because this will sell fast!

   Yes, it’s fine to attend if you haven’t attended TT1, but it’ll be better in proper sequence.

2. I’ve decided to release a small amount of slides from TT1, as some folks have been asking for a reference: [link].

   If you have further reflections on this framework, or the 5 P’s, shoot me an email, please. All of this is work under development.

3. irid (the design school) is seeking a space for 2026. Natural light, Cabbagetown or Moss Park, and a separate space for quiet studios open 24/7 and a larger space for gathering, perhaps two levels. If you spot something or have a lead, send me an email? :-)

Thank you all so much for your support this past year. Building this institution has felt like walking on air, buoyed by the magic of those who continue to believe.
