A collection of ARIs are exhibiting at this art fair, including: 4th wall, Articulate Project Space, Tiny Gallery, Draw Space / The Drawing Collective, Lennox Street Art Studios, Our Neon Foe, Daisy Knight and Invisible Art Space (us!)***
12 sept (fri 6-8pm) ::: After Hours event for The ARI Show @ Muse Gallery, Ultimo. Come along to the evening gathering, being held during Sydney Contemporary week

06-28 sept (fri-sun 11am-5pm) ::: ABORA 4 @ Articulate Project Space, Leichhardt ::: The 4th Australian Biennale of Reductive Arts. A curation by Beata Geyer featuring art works from 60+ artists exploring “explore form as process, reduction as resistance, and abstraction as a space of perceptual and material experimentation” (Geyer 2025, exhibition text)***

06-27 sept (sat-sun 12-3pm) ::: Dwell @ invisibleart.space, Balmain ::: Paintings by Victoria Lobregat and digital works by Stu Sontier (Aotearoa/NZ), exploring places we dwell/live and ideas we dwell on/think about. Victoria’s paintings capture the poetry of mid-century houses and Stu’s works are from his richlister series examining then distorting/disintegrating wealth and power of usually private, manicured homes to explore how wealth operates in contemporary life



20 sept (12-7pm) ::: [*]visible synth sessions @ invisible art space. A grassroots synth music afternoon / early evening running alongside our Dwell exhibition. May be chaotic whilst they setup for this first set, but we love that
We suggest to goto the Tender exhibition opening (2-4pm) at Chrissie Cotter Gallery, then goto Dwell & the synth sessions gig after this (4-7pm)

SEP/OCT
19 sept - 5 oct (thurs-sun 11am-5pm) ::: Tender @ Chrissie Cotter Gallery, Camperdown. Opening event on 20 sept 2-4pm. “The exhibition features women artists working across artistic disciplines, ideas, cultures and topographies to explore tenderness as an act of resistance and care.” (Watters 2025, exhibition text)
Artists include: Stephanie Beaupark, Eden Crain, Amani Haydar, Laurence Kimmel, Rochelle Morris, Kath O’Donnell***, Emily Simek, Juundaal Strang-Yettica, Shelley Watters, Estelle Yoon and Wendy Qi Zhang

OCTOBER
04-25 oct (sat-sun 12-3pm) ::: Neil Jenkins solo exhibition @ invisibleart.space, Balmain. Neil is an established new media and net art artist with works going back to the 1990s in UK & Australia. He’s currently working with code based works and pen-plotter prints amongst other mediums and materials. More info to follow

NOVEMBER
01-02 & 08-09 nov (10am-5pm) ::: invisible art space is at the 2025 Southern Highlands Arts Trail, the first two weekends in November where artists, studios and creative spaces open their doors for visitors. Works from Kath O’Donnell*** and Laurence Kimmel shall be on show. It’s a beautiful time of year to visit the Highlands and make a weekend of it
