Limicon, the fan-made convention of the Liminal Web, starts on Wednesday! A $20 ticket (or reply to get a free need-based ticket) gives access to 100+ sessions over the four-week virtual conference. Limicon 2024 was an amazing experience last year and Intentional Society will be showing up big there this year:
Build-a-thon
Intentional Ventures is hosting a four-session venture-building series on Fridays (March 7/14/21/28), guiding potential entrepreneurs through ideation, collaboration, venture assembly, and pitch refinement. Participants will be encouraged to then attend the March 31st Limicon Pitch Fest awarding real-money prizes via community voting.
Fishbowls
A handful of featured guests are Zoom-spotlighted on screen. A new face pops in... another vacates, and the conversation continues. These collective inquiry sessions will allow the topics and participants to evolve throughout a two-hour deep dive. Every Saturday (March 8/15/22/29), starting with "Community Tending": "How can community stewards cultivate liminal/metamodern/postconventional communities that thrive?"
