IS: Welcoming month two

Happy February to you! I wonder how many folks interested in self-[development, growth, improvement] count Groundhog Day🐿 amongst their favorite movies? Infinite time and chances to experiment, iterate, and become the version of ourselves that we want to be (even if right and wrong themselves fade away)? I see the connection and attraction of that hypothetical. 🤣
February also means month two of our three month practice series! For the next three Sundays, we'll be doing present-moment-presence focused relational practices, thematically lined up with exercising our welcoming/acceptance muscles.
This does build upon month-one skills: We'll welcome all our parts and patterns (IFS, session #2). We'll welcome others' experiences to be different from our own (Interpersonal Gap, session #3). And we'll continue to listen fully in the present moment to others, (Empathy Circle, session #1) and to ourselves also through self-awareness of our physical sensation, emotion, and story layers.
We'll welcome everything as we move through the practices of T-Group (session #4, Feb 4), Circling (session #5, Feb 11), and Inquiry Spiraling (session #6, Feb 18). (AU/NZ residents, +1 on dates as I'm sure you're used to.) If you missed last month but want to have some powerful perspective-expanding fun, you're still invited to join this Practice Series now. If you've previously registered for the series, you should already have session #4 on your calendar. (No need to register multiple times!)
T-Group is a practice of noticing and naming our feelings as fluidly and honestly as we can. If you've never done it (or Circling), you'll be amazed at where that simple rule can take a small group in an hour!
