A bunch of stuff has distilled and cohered recently within Intentional Ventures. Here's a brief attempt to make a comprehensible-to-outsiders list capturing our interbeing economics:

• Relationship comes first and attention is our primary unit of value
• Exploration leads to connection leads to collaboration leads to commitment
• Sharing resources makes you extended family
• Money carries intention and must be stewarded by one or more people
• Deployed money doesn't "leave" the IV system
• Money is deployed inside the trust bandwidth of ongoing relationship
• Every venturer gets a squad of supporters
• Internal-investor is a hat worn by a squad member
• Financial return happens in relationship, not by contract
• Responsibilities are interdependence and resilience, not dependence and vulnerability
• Breaking relationship shifts unity into separateness, responsibility into obligation, intention into contract
• Every investor is a donor and vice-versa
• The system exists within and has interface boundaries with the surrounding market economy
• Each IV person lives on both sides of the dividing line

You might have to in both directions a few times to get the weave of how these come together. It's really cohering into something that could really actually work and survive and thrive and win. The distillation feels so good to me, almost like a birth of a new life form. May we be wise parents and stewards as we continue incubating.
