hm. i opened my tumblr asks for an evening (rare event) and answered some questions. here are some good answers

-How I choose my characters’ genders and sexualities (spoilers: i don’t) + what if ISAT characters were gender swapped

-any advice for someone who wants to make a game but doesn’t have any ideas

Listening: been listening to more full albums while i work… i am here to recommend “funky friends (an imaginary 90s cartoon soundtrack)” which is fun and jazzy, caravan palace’s dusty house mix which is. house. and finally daft punk x justice TOGETHER album, which is exactly what it says on the tin

Watching: Cosmic Princess Kaguya!!!!! This was so fun. gorgeous animation. lesbians. AND hatsune miku was there. watching it with a friend was close to a religious experience. I also watched The Perfect Neighbor and this was a really powerful documentary. it’s about someone’s murder, and when i watch documentaries like this i often ask myself “ok but who made this…” bc i wanna know if im watching a documentary thats just shocking for shock’s sake about someone’s murder yknow? but thankfully this was directed by a friend of the victim’s family, so i am stamping this doc with “great documentary that kept my karma and morality intact”

Reading: Why Does He Do That? Inside the Minds of Angry and Controlling Men. Before you ask I’M ALL GOOD IM EVEN SINGLE AND I KNOW LIKE TWO MEN IRL but I kept seeing that book mentioned in /Am I The Asshole on reddit. and i am curious about the book that made so many women leave their abusive husbands. i read like only the intro so far and learned a lot, very excited to get into this one more

Playing: On-Together: Virtual Co-Working is saving my bacon. I also played Perfect Tides and its sequel. these game are Not For Me Dawg (but theyre good games)
