Hello from Hyperlink!
We're making something new: a fun — and lightning fast! — app for making delightful documents.
It's called Leaflet. And it's coming soon!
We're experimenting with taking the best parts of Hyperlink, and radically simplifying.
Leaflet is a tool with a low floor — fast and easy to use — but a high ceiling — powerful and expressive!
Think Google Docs, but faster, nicer looking, easier to customize. Notion, but more streamlined. Documents that are lightweight, collaborative, and easy to share.
We think it'll be good for project notebooks and wikis, link-in-bio-pages, collections, open letters, syllabi, and more.
Quick tiny documents…that can grow into rich environments for creative collaboration.
You'll be able to make docs instantly without an account, add text and images and links, create sub-pages, customize themes, and share both view-only and edit links.
We'll be working in public on Leaflet for the next month or two.
Once we ship version 0.1, we'll follow with a series of small releases to add cool things to the product, and send updates as we go.
Right now, we're looking for folks interested in alpha testing!
If you'd like to:
Try early versions of the app and let us know what you think
Play with making some fun documents, especially ones we can share when we launch…
Let us know, we're getting together a small cohort of folks to try it out :)
We’re also working on some docs of our own…learning library? research logs? recipes? manifestos? Maybe some doc parties or doc grants too?!
We’d love to have you try it! Hit reply and send us an idea for a doc you'd like to try making — we'll add you to the list.
More soon!
