GA Election Day Update 1
Don’t have much - for reports that I get I’m looking at a simple number - how many 2018 voters have yet to vote.
Lumpkin County has one precinct now (what’s wrong with them?) but that makes for an easy get. This is a massively Trump county. They have 4,737 2018 voters who have yet to vote. As of 9am, 645 had voted = 14%.
DeKalb County posts their counts online (https://dekalbgis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/4c790bbc7bca4d748a71d69429904d6c) but it seems to be delayed. As of 9:30 AM their total # was 13,391 / 121,503 = 11%.
However, Mayor Ernst voted at the AG precinct in DeKalb and at 9:15 AM was #210, which is 210/911 = 23%. Of course the county website shows a much lower number - so I know the data is delayed I just don’t know how much / how consistent the delay is.
Anyway, if you’re a Republican, you’d like that Lumpkin # to be higher. That’s all I know so far. BTW - in the ‘21 runoff, about 40% of the day’s total for Lumpkin County was in by noon and about 70% was in by 5pm. I think that means the current data looks like they don’t get their ‘18 voters back out but again lot of uncertainty.
Send me your precinct counts!
