How Comics Were Made: Pre-Orders Are Live!
The How Comics Were Made Kickstarter campaign was a rousing success, raising nearly $170,000 and funding well above the 100% goal required to bring the book to life!
Pre-orders are now open! You (and everyone) can visit the store and pre-order an ebook, one or more print books, or claim higher-tier rewards while they last. If you pledged during the Kickstarter campaign, you can optionally upgrade your pledge or add additional print books.
I added a three-book bundle with a great deal on pricing and shipping costs to the pre-order store: for $177, you get three print copies and a license for three ebook copies—that’s $59 for each print/ebook set! (Print copies must be shipped to a single address). This is a great way to buy gifts or reduce shipping costs with nearby friends or colleagues. The shipping is just $20 in the United States ($6.70 each), $40 in Canada ($13.35 each), and an excellent $60 to supported European destinations ($20 each!).
The next email from the list you receive will be this summer when I am about to submit the final count of books to produce to the printer. A few months after that, I’ll let you know when the book is in stock for immediate ordering.
