Rowhammer Resistant Coding in Sudo

https://github.com/sudo-project/sudo/commit/7873f8334c8d31031f8cfa83bd97ac6029309e4f

Summary: The sudo project has implemented changes to make sudo less vulnerable to ROWHAMMER attacks. ROWHAMMER-resistant values are now used for various authentication statuses. The parser match functions have also been updated to explicitly check for ALLOW or DENY instead of accepting anything not set to UNSPEC. The improvements were made in response to a report from researchers at the Vernam Applied Cryptography and Cybersecurity Lab at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
