There have been challenges, including limited onboarding time and high-volume output from the start. Team members Angela, Erin, Eric, and others should be recognized for their outstanding efforts in managing this project.
- Referral Program: The referral program offers 10% of first-year revenue for introducing new clients. For example, the referral bonus for a high-volume client like SentinelOne could be substantial. Incentive: 10% of the first year’s revenue from referred clients, paid quarterly in arrears. An Alternative: There is an option to offer a 10% client discount for referrals in case of conflicts of interest.
- Focus on SEO Services: We’re on track to gradually expand from content production to full-service SEO in response to client needs. Many clients are dissatisfied with existing SEO providers due to poor results or unclear deliverables. Our team is positioned to assist with various SEO needs, leveraging their expertise in addressing common client pain points.
