New Newsletter Platform, New Shop Launch!
Sorry for being gone for so long! I bring goodies and detail my newsletter absence.

Heyo! It's Hika! HikaTamika! Long-time-no-see.
The long-and-short of it is, writing up monthly recaps, and, all the styling and formatting of my MailerLite newsletters burnt me out on them. So, I've made two changes:
Monthly recaps are now speedpaint-and-yap sessions that happen on Ko-Fi! Just $1/mo to see the most recent one and $3/mo to binge the whole backlog of 'em.
This newsletter is now hosted on the more simple newsletter platform, Buttondown. Just a single-column, with markdown and-or HTML… Real tumblr/blog-esque, which I like.
So now, this newsletter will focus on the bigger, headline-y Hika updates instead of "I drew this, and I drew that, and I did this, and I did that, and—". If you want to keep up with every little thing, I'd suggest subscribing to my website's RSS feed or following my Ko-Fi (for free), where I make a post for every public art or video I do.
Now, that brings me to why I'm here today. I've finally launched the V1.0 of The Project to Support All Projects: my little web-shop.

It is up! It is open! You can get art I've made! Internationally even! (Until Europe gets mad at me or something.)
As an artist that only likes being told what to draw (art commissions) in very specific contexts, I realize that I have to, in capitalism, earn part-of-a-living off of my skills in some other way.
Enter: The Shop. Where I can draw the overlap of Things I'd Like to Draw™ and (hopefully) Things Other People'd Like to Have. For now, stickers, zines, and prints.
I hope you find something interesting! But if not, consider sharing an item with someone who you think might like it! I'd appreciate the help, as I'm stubbornly anti-Zuck, so I won't be utilizing the shopaholic website of all time (Instagram™) unless Zuck decides to do a heel-face turn.
I have a lot of product and speedpaint footage though, so I might utilize YouTube Shorts. Later. Not now, later. I need to make sure I'm tending to all my projects instead of overdoing it on the shop.
And that's all for now. Sorry it took too long to hear from me again, but, do you see how SIMPLE this newsletter is visually? Like, compare it to my old ones and you can actually properly BREATHE in here, haha.
Talk to you later.
