Captain’s Log

It’s been a productive week. I can’t explain it but I have been nailing it this week. Invoices, done. Inbox, zeroed. Plans for the next two newsletters, sorted. I even got some gutters repaired on the house. I’m nailing the smashing of it.

Oh and if you could buy a print that’d be awesome. We found it raining in our kitchen this week. Not a feature. Definitely a bug. An expensive one.

I have a limited selection prints for sale on my archive print shop. Featuring Liverpool, New York, Venice, and beyond (galaxies and comets!) Also, rainbows!

Subscribers to this email get 30% off using coupon code: HELLOCOMP2022. Valid until 06 Jan, 2023.

That is all I want for Christmas. Acceptance and whisky. Double up on the acceptance please and thank you.

A beautiful sunny day at Royal Albert Dock. There are a few clouds in the sky and the dock water is a lovely blue reflection of the sky above.

That may be the most important thing to understand about humans. It is the unknown that defines our existence. We are constantly searching, not just for answers to our questions, but for new questions. We are explorers. We explore our lives day by day, and we explore the galaxy trying to expand the boundaries of our knowledge. And that is why I am here: not to conquer you with weapons or ideas, but to coexist and learn. - Benjamin Sisko, ‘The Emissary’

The sun sets behind the Martin Luther King Building in Liverpool. People are walking around. It is a hot summer evening.
