Tomorrow (Thursday, Oct 23) we’re gathering for our Heart Huddle — a cozy evening to connect, move, and share.

We’ll have a little music and movement to drop into our bodies, then ease into some deeper, heart-centered relating. It’s always such a nourishing way to wind down the week.

When: Arrive anytime between 6:15 and 6:45 — we usually close around 9:30.
