Dear Heart Huddle friends,
I want to share something tender with you. After sitting with it for a while, I’ve decided to evolve Heart Huddle into a women’s-only circle — welcoming cis women, trans women, and non-binary people who feel aligned with this space.
This isn’t a decision I make lightly. Heart Huddle has been such a meaningful space for me — full of honesty, courage, and care. I’ve treasured the way we’ve all shown up for each other. As I have always tried to do with this circle, I am following what brings me the most aliveness. And right now that means creating a container that supports women in particular.
I know this shift will change who feels at home here, and I want to honor everyone who has been part of the journey so far. I hope that the ripples of what we’ve practiced together will continue moving outward, enriching your lives.
Thank you for everything you’ve brought, and for walking alongside me as this circle grows into its next chapter.
