Wilmington Christian School’s Mission Trip to Happy Life!

It's been truly wonderful to welcome numerous volunteer groups who generously dedicate their time and effort to support our mission. Most recently, we were thrilled to host a delightful group of students and staff from Wilmington Christian School. Their presence brought joy and their assistance was invaluable, making their time with us incredibly enjoyable!

This marked the second visit from the school's team, and their return sparked tremendous excitement among our children. They relish the opportunity to engage with peers their own age, sharing in diverse life experiences and forging meaningful connections. After all, what child wouldn't treasure the chance to bond with fellow young men and women?

The team enjoyed spending some quality time with the infants and toddlers at the Roysambu baby house as well as spending some quality time with the bigger boys and girls in Juja.

The young boys and girls at the Juja campus enjoyed fellowship with the team. They were intentional to take time and speak to both the girls and boys separately which was quite something for them!

We got to have some music classes, and a concert as well! The kids enjoyed playing the recorder and singing lovely songs

Playing basketball and volleyball was such a blast! This was a good way to relax and bond the more!

Getting to attend the Overcoming Faith Church worship service was great! Some even got to serve during the service which was a great honour!

PRAISE:

Praising God for safety during this season
For good health among children and staff
Praise for safe travel for the Kenyan Directors' during their US trip and the blessed time with many of the US partners.

PRAYER:

Continued prayer for the flood victims in Kenya and also for the stability of the country.
Prayer that God would provide for the education fund to enable us to support our students.
