I’ll be heading back to Canada for TCAF this June! I am so excited, as it’s been a long time now since I was able to cross the pond. This’ll be my first time signing Go-Man in North America!

OTHER COMICS

I have begun a new series of “content” this week called Other Comics, where I want to highlight the books I have been reading, that have influenced or that I think you should check out.

I’ve called it Other Comics because a) I am not talking about my own books and b) I feel whenever the word “comics” is said in online forums, what people think of is superheroes and Marvel and DC. Now, I have no issue with them (literally, I’m doing a superhero comic at the moment!) but it feels like if when you said “Movies”, that word was synonymous with just one genre. I want to try and change what it means to talk about comicbooks online, just a smidge. And also have an excuse to read all of my collection.

I am posting these videos to Instagram, YouTube and TikTok as well as Blue Sky (though I think it’s less important there) and watching and commenting and liking on any of those platforms helps me out.

I plan on uploading new videos every Thursday, if not more frequently. Are there any comics you would like to see me cover?

SUPER MARIO MOMENT SEASON FINALE

Tomorrow, the Super Mario Galaxy Movie finally comes out and so this season of Super Mario Moment will be coming to an end. It has been really fun being joined by David and an assortment of guests to cover every single Super Mario Bros adaptation in tv and film. Which was your favourite?

In our last two episodes we covered the two previous Mario movies, and next Monday will be our season finale with a review of the new one. Will you be seeing it?

GO-MAN PREORDERS
