My @delta flight got canceled from JFK. The customer service line was huge, so I google a Delta JFK phone number. The number was 1888-571-4869 Thinking I reached Delta, I started telling them about getting me on a new flight.

I remember when Apple proposed their CSAM scanning system in 2021, there were a lot of people complaining about the “slippery slope fallacy” and how we couldn’t just assume that content scanning would be expanded to other purposes. 23 months later: https://t.co/CpkwaKxJHh

Whenever a faculty member tells me they have something they need to discuss, I tell them Friday morning at 8:30 works for me but it needs to be in person and on campus. That almost always solves the problem.

1) Remain calm. Hold your ground or back away slowly.
2) Continue facing the printer, and do all you can to appear larger. Stand upright, raise your arms, open your jacket.
3) Never bend over or crouch down, avoid looking like a prey animal.
