In a landmark decision that signals a shift in the balance between user privacy and accountability on social media platforms, the Court of The Hague has

Facebook private group about dating. Someone shares info about a guy and accuses him of some transgressive behaviour. He asks Facebook to remove the post. They refuse. He takes them to court. The judge rules that the accusation may or may not be true, but the only way to even begin to find out is to reveal the identity of the accuser.
