Happy July?
The last few weeks have been incredibly rough. So rough that I don’t have words.
I’ve been reading Sustaining Spirit: Self-Care for Social Justice by Naomi Ortiz, and it’s been incredibly helpful in reframing how I look at self-care. It’s more of a spiritual practice than we often recognize. I hope that you all are being able to do some radical self-care during these tumultuous times.
I'm heading on vacation tomorrow for a week-ish, and I’m so ready to disconnect from things for a bit.
See you when I get back. <3
