Bible Studies resume this Sunday evening
Church Family,
What a wonderful time of worship, celebration, and fellowship we had this past weekend and Monday evening. Sincere thanks to all who made our time together so fruitful and pleasant. We as a body are blessed with many gifted persons who willingly share those gifts so all can benefit.
Bro. Jeff Noblit has challenged us all, hasn't he? We pray that the Lord would take the Word delivered by Bro. Jeff and use it to sharpen us all, molding us more and more into the likeness of Christ as He intends for us.
This Sunday evening, we will resume our Bible studies. Normally, we would enjoy our regular "First Sunday Fellowship," but coming so close on the heels of the wonderful times we shared this past weekend, it seems the wiser course to get back into the Word.
Men and Ladies, we will be in chapter 3 of our study of the Book of Mark, looking at Mark 4:1-34. The title of this chapter of the MacArthur Study is "The Servant Speaks in Parables," which is wonderfully and providentially timed, since tonight in our Wednesday night adult service, Bro. Chris will again be looking at the Kingdom parables in Matthew 13.
Sunday AM Bro. Chris will resume our study of the Book of Ephesians.
We pray you have a great week, and that you'll come tonight and Sunday with hearts prepared..."and then some."
Blessings,
GLCB
