Credit Card (Stripe) Terms Updated

Stripe, our credit card payments processor has updated their terms. If you process business licenses in South Carolina, these are the same terms you already received from the SC business license portal on 12/19... but I'm required to tell you as well. Yay legal stuff!

Receipt Reprint Dates!

Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Clau... wait, wrong month. Nevertheless, I know this has been a 'fan favorite' request for a looooong time: when you reprint receipts it now shows both the reprint date and the original transaction date:

Search Improvements

We've made a few tweaks to search to improve it's accuracy. How do I know? You can now find 'GovPossible' in your search bar by just typing 'gov' instead of having to type 'govp'. I wonder who that was annoying the most?

SC Customers: MASC Portal Integration

As discussed in previous update, starting this year GovPossible will upload all your eligible licenses to the SC State Payments portal! To do this, we need your API keys from the portal. After you log in, go to the 'Help' menu and select 'Data Integration':

In the 'Using the API' section, click on the 'API Reference' link:

Email Us the 'Jurisdiction ID' and the 'API Key' and we'll turn on the integration and get your businesses uploaded! Remember, you still need to do the other setup items mentioned like you logo and getting your rates added/updated.

SC Customers: License Renewal Time

If you're new to GovPossible or if you forgot from last year (which frankly would include me, that's a long time ago!), remember you can find a refresher on the help page, which after you login is the big '?' at the top right:

...and then you'll see the link to the 'Renewals' page in the listing:

TLDR (Too long, didn't read)? Click on the 'Notices' menu item:

Click the 'Renewals' link:

...and you'll see your list of classes:

Click on each one and you'll get a PDF of your renewals for that class, ready to print and stuff into windowed envelopes!
