Stay in touch with your friends. Make new friends with artists and folks you admire. Do ridiculous things to delight people. Both of these cello covers started as jokes — one because of an American Football riff meme that I jumped on, and the other as a ploy to get into Ethel Meserve’s sold-out DC show. It ended up with a benefit release, and the opportunity to join childhood heroes on a three songs at that same show.
