Things you can do online
Bike Plus is a plan by the City of Columbus to create a safe, connected and comfortable network for people to bike, scooter, skate and roll in the city. Through transportation improvements like protected bike lanes, trail connections and crosswalks, we can make it more convenient and enjoyable to get around Columbus without a car. This plan will identify where these improvements are most needed to connect community members to the places they need and want to go.
Use this online map to tell us where barriers need to be addressed to improve biking, scootering, skating and rolling for everyone in Columbus.
Daylight Saving Time has ended and the nights are getting longer. Help Columbus folks ride their bike more safely by sponsoring a set of bike lights for $14 per set.
In Case You Missed It
Take a survey to give feedback to the city of Columbus on its zoning update. The survey will ask you about building and housing preferences along the city’s main corridors as well as thoughts on parking minimums.
Mark up the Vision Zero Columbus map. Have a close call walking, biking, or getting around town? Do you know a dangerous intersection that can be improved? Help identify these spots on the Vision Zero map.
If you haven’t already, complete the City of Columbus Bike Plus Survey or share with a friend or neighbor. The City of Columbus has started the planning process to improve how we bike, scooter and skate – however you choose to roll – in Columbus. They’re calling the plan “Bike Plus” – and they need your help! (5 minutes)
