Nationwide Children’s Hospital (NCH) is one of the premier pediatric hospitals in our region. Every parent that has ever had to take their child here knows how lucky we are to have NCH in our backyard. It’s a place where nurses who truly love what they do want to work. In a hospital that values quality care and is reliant on qualified nurses, you would think that those nurses would be treated fairly. In reality, the nurses at NCH make less than other nurses, have concerns about safety and staffing ratios, and have less than adequate paid family leave. NCH nurses deserve better and we want them to have a voice. Do they have your support? Leave a written testimonial or record a video showing your support of Nationwide Children’s Hospital Nurses.
