Hi friends, welcome to Good Works Columbus! What a week! I hope you all are taking care of yourselves after the storms we had last week. I was without power from Tuesday til Friday afternoon but luckily didn’t get any storm damage.

Join Green Columbus and Columbus Running Co. for an active, community-focused August Green Drinks! Whether you're a seasoned runner or prefer a casual evening stroll, lace up your sneakers and meet us at Combustion Brewery in Clintonville for a great evening.We'll be leading a fun, roughly 3-mile loop that starts and ends right at the brewery. All paces are welcome, and we'll have both walking and running groups!

Join Sustainable Columbus, CREDA, and Ohio Environmental Council at 556 E Town St. Columbus, OH on August 18th for drop-in office hours from 5:30–7:30pm. These office hours are one way you can weigh in and ask questions on the Building Energy Performance Standard draft, a forward-looking policy designed to help large, existing buildings cut energy usage and hit efficiency targets over time. Street parking is available for free! (Editor’s note: Accessible by COTA lines 11, 2, and 10. There’s also bike parking next door or you can bring your bike inside the OEC building.)
