• By Malcolm Fincham During the first two weeks of July high pressure stretching up from the Azores continued to dominate the weather in southern counties of the UK, with temperatures hovering around 30 degrees Celsius.
• I mostly visited my local patches at the Riverside Nature Reserve near Burpham and Whitmoor Common.
