Week of May 5th, 2025

Well. Here we are, at the end of another week. I don’t have a lot of new news to share with you, though I’ve been busy. If you missed it, I spent last Sunday participating in a video shoot for local friends TRIPLE LUTZ, gallivanting around on the Lloyd Center ice rink and then gang fighting it up with other bands at the Fixin’ To.

We managed to get a pretty good photo of ourselves and other local friends Lesser Demons doing our best Tom of Finland audition. A good time was had by all.

DOGE IS FOUR LETTERS

I’m still looking for people willing to talk to me for DOGE IS FOUR LETTERS — at this point, the project’s essentially dead in the water until I have more sources to talk to, though I don’t blame anyone who decides that talking to me isn’t worth the risk. Nonetheless, if you or someone you know is (or was) a federal worker who wants to talk to me about your work, please venture on over to the site and get in touch.

NORMAL MEN

Lots of action on the Normal Men front this week; we’ve got a brand-new website that should hopefully give you everything you need if you’re the kind of person who reads the show notes and the links, and we had a lot of fun phoning George in from Greece, where he looked like he was filming an episode of Ghost Hunters, talking to us late in the night with all the lights out. This project continues to be a lot of fun, and I hope you check it out.

FRIDAYS ARE FOR FUCKING OFF

I hope you’re able to enjoy your Friday evening, and get to do something fun this weekend, whatever your fun might be. Hoping to have a new DOGE IS FOUR LETTERS next week, and I have a pretty special new WORK IS FOUR LETTERS coming, so, stay tuned, and take care of you and yours.

Until next week,

GOLIKEHELLMACHINE
