  • The YouTube channel Gamers Nexus reported that LG TVs are still collecting data about users even when offline or in standby mode.
  • LG responded saying the story isn't true and people have to opt-in to all the bad spying.
  • To stay safe, never use the "Smart" features on a Smart TV. Buy a Roku. Or Apple TV. Or an XBox. Or a Playstation. Or a phone. Or a Nintendo Switch. Or a laptop. Those will all spy on you too. But they're better about it and won't get caught.

• Rumors are swirling of Intel raising CPU prices 10% in October
  • That's the whole story. That's the problem with rumors, there isn't much to say. Maybe it will happen, maybe it won't. We'll just have to wait and see. But in the mean time, get angry like it already happened.
  • This isn't the first time Intel raised prices on CPUs this year, but it would be the first time for desktop class CPUs.

There was drama at the company Automattic when the CEO was pushed out of the company but he came back 2 days later. A bunch of people got scared of A.I., and we don't know why. Apple had some new device announcements. And we honored Star Trek turning 60.
