Gil's week #202031
This week I…
- Sent the newsletter late :D.
- Didn’t do as many reps as I have been doing, maybe because I was a bit more tired this week.
- Bought a game called “Merchant of the skyes” which looks a lot like Uncharted Waters, new horizons, a game that I’ve been wanting to find a modern version for years, and this looks like a good upgrade, we’ll see.
- I have been playing a lot of Dead Cells too, so I feel like not much happened this week because of my gaming habits returning.
- I wrote a plan page on my blog, the “plan” concept sounds pretty cool.
Sound of the week
- ANKOR - Holy Wolf, I have mixed feelings about this band, but it’s an interesting mix of clean vocals and screams.
Great URLs
- Ducks eat peas, I feel like we all need to watch this.
- Tips for learning org-mode, I found this blog when I was looking to upgrade my org-mode knowledge, now that I’ve been using it daily for weeks. The whole blog is awesome, the drawings are useful and look great too, would recommend if you’re looking to know more about emacs, but really, check the blog to if Sacha talks about a subject you’re interested in, so you can benefit from her drawings.
By the readers
- One way to utilize Lambda, CodeDeploy, S3 For your continuous deployment, one of the readers of the newsletter Kerolos, sent me his article about using lambda to run a serverless python script. If you want to know more about lambda with Python, take a look.
Notes
- Do send me content if you find something cool, or if you built something yourself.
Cheers,
Gil
