Adding Structure (Extended Version)

Welcome to the first Positively Disintegrating (Extended Version)! For the most part, this will be structured very similarly to the free version of the newsletter (more on that below), but with a lot more detail. The biggest difference will be access to an audio newsletter, linked above!

Why an audio newsletter?

A friend of mine mentioned that with their hectic life they don't have many free moments to sit and read, but they often listen to podcasts while they do other things. They suggested I do a podcast, which is definitely not my jam, but I realized that similar to Substack and some newspapers, I could add audio so you can listen to the newsletter instead of reading it. I'm still exploring how to best deliver it since I don't want to pay for any more services. For now I'll be uploading the recording to Soundcloud and linking to it.
