Generate. Thursday. Live violin. Free COVID tests.
Hello. We are back. Hope you can be.
It’s the intergenerational conversation & drinking club, increasingly also with live music.
Thursday, February 3 at Lynn’s Place
100 W Houston Street, Apt. 3F
7:05pm: doors open
7:20pm: please arrive by this time for your free COVID test
7:35pm: concert by Cortland Mahoney begins
8:15pm: conversation by you begins
9:00pm: goodbye & goodnight
Not comfy attending or cannot make it in person?
We are going to attempt to livestream the concert. Everyone one this list will receive a link 10 minutes before it begins. No guarantees it’ll be smooth but we’ll see.
Yes that’s right:
We are pleased to offer free COVID infectiousness testing in a “holding area” before entry. Because of this you may be asked to wait outside. If you prefer, you may instead get tested on your own Wednesday or Thursday and bring your negative result. If you are infectious to others, we will gracefully let you know in our holding area and send on back home, and check on you as you wish.
Yes that’s also right:
We will begin with live violin by frequent Generator Cortland Mahoney.
Then:
An abbreviated version of our standard intergenerational conversation, wine, and cheese fare. The topic: whatever comes up in the music.
BYO anything, but nothing required.
Mask to your own level of comfort.
Food and drink will be served.
Testing everyone at the door—even more effectively than vaccines or masks—should reduce the risk of COVID spread altogether by 90%. However no system is perfect, and risk is everywhere. If you are not comfortable, it is completely understood, and we will meet again.
Keep an eye here for the concert livestream.
It’s First Thursday Evening in America,
Lynn (boomer)
Jacob (millenial)
