2024 FF Submission Survey Results

Upcoming Saros #5 Submissions Period

Saros #5, edited by Ariel Marken Jack, will open up to submissions next Friday, August 22. Ariel’s seeking short fiction between 500-2500 words centering on the theme of Sound & Silence. For full submission guidelines, visit https://sarossf.com/submissions/

Recommendations for FF stories (and stories by FF staffers!): In Alex Brown’s June Must Read Short Speculative Fiction column in Reactor, Jaq Evans’s FF#25 story “Dear New Tenant” scored a recommendation, with Brown calling it “such a weird, creepy story”. Also appearing on the list were stories by FF Reading Team members SJ Powell and Elijah J. Mears!
