Arranger is OUT NOW!
It felt reeeeeal weird writing that subject line, but it’s true! Arranger is out in the world, as of moments ago!
Firstly, please bask in our beautiful launch trailer, put together by Tomás and David:
What else can we say? It’s been a long, winding journey, as any collaborative artistic endeavor is. We’ve been working on this game for longer than we were in high school! So it feels really great to be getting a warm reception from the games press. Some highlights (not that you need to be sold on it, but just because we’re proud):
This Innovative Puzzle RPG Might Be A Perfect Video Game
- Kotaku
Arranger: A Role-Puzzling Adventure’s masterful, clever design is clear right from the start
- Polygon
Arranger: A Role-Puzzling Adventure review - ingenious challenges with the lightest of touches
- Eurogamer
We also put together a couple fun Steam bundles for launch!
Firstly, a bundle of the game and the soundtrack, an amazing 26-track, hour-plus absolute jam by Tomás Batista. Seriously, the music in Arranger is so, so good.
Secondly, a cool cross-publisher bundle with Humble Games (RIP, they deserved better) for Arranger + Carto, another charming puzzle adventure game that Nick worked on a few years ago.
And in case you need them handy to send to a friend, here are all of our platform links:
Steam (PC/Mac, Steam Deck verified!)
Nintendo Switch (feels great on the go!)
PlayStation 5 (some sweet DualSense features!)
Epic Games Store (PC/Mac, we get a higher cut!)
Netflix (iOS + Android, free to play with a Netflix subscription!)
Hmm, what else to say?
Nico wrote a really nice post for the PlayStation Blog detailing our boss design - check it out!
Oh, and we won Best LATAM game at Gamescom LATAM / BIG Festival a few weeks ago! It’s been super cool for all of us to have such an international team. Nico was there in Brazil to accept the award in person, and celebrated with two members of our art team who were also attending, Enrique and André:

David recently showed the game at BitSummit in Kyoto:

And Enrique showed it at a street fair in Paraguay:

On a different note, making games is hard, and getting any attention on them when they launch is even harder. So check out some other great indie games that share a launch week with us:
Exhausted Man
Valley Peaks
Été
The Star Named Eos
Earth Defense Force 6 (not actually an indie game, but it DOES share our release date and it’s Nick’s favorite series ever and he’s the one writing this sooo)
It feels weirdly hard to end this particular newsletter, since it’s the very last thing we’re writing pre-launch, after reams of press releases, game descriptions, marketing copy, and more. This one feels personal - because it is! Thanks again for being our most direct and invested audience - it really means the world to us.
More bits and pieces to come in the next installment, but regardless of what else happens from here: we did a thing.
Much love,
Nick and the whole Furnimat team

P.S. Send us a quick thought or question once you’ve played the game? hello@arranger.quest
