Scala with Cats: almost finished with the core material

Hi!

I've just uploaded a new version of Scala with Cats to the website (https://www.scalawithcats.com/) This has new material up to and including the chapter on Applicatives (which now covers the Parallel type class). With this update I'm almost finished with the core material---only the chapter on Foldable remains---before it's time to tackle the case studies and add new material.
