It's Time for Version Two
So, Scala with Cats 2? That's right; after some time away we're back at it, updating the book for Cats 2.x. The first step in the process is complete: the book has been converted to mdoc and builds with Cats 2, but that doesn't mean we're done! There is lots of work to be done, some of which will be visible and some that won't.
One addition I expect fairly soon is adding material on the the Parallel type class, and updating the error handling section to feature its use. There are also some outstanding pull requests to go through, issues to address, and the build system could do with a bit of work. Beyond that, we have lots of ideas for new content but I don't want to get into details until we're closer to working on them.
