The times are a changin'
Hello everybody,
This is a very brief update to say that this newsletter is still a going concern. I’m about to finish a long client project, and after a brief rest I want to get on with a long dormant personal project. So, I’ll have more freedom to show you what I’m working on. I’m looking forward to it, and I hope you are too. If you are, please stay as a valued subscriber.
The immediate change is the name of the newsletter. It has changed from ‘The Mallard’ to ‘Hatbirding’. Why? As much as I like ducks (and I really do like them), I felt the title was a little too specific. The idea behind my company being called ‘Hatbird’ is that I like birds, and in my work I wear many hats. I want anything I publish to reflect this ‘generalist’ nature of my work. The other changes are to come: What I work on, how I publicise my work, that kind of thing. I hope you stick around to see what comes.
