🧬 Breakthrough

Lithuanian scientists have made a significant breakthrough, discovering a method to manage a life-shortening disease that affects a substantial portion of the population. This development brings hope for improved public health outcomes across the country. Meanwhile, border security remains a focus as seven undocumented migrants attempting to cross from Belarus were turned back. In ongoing law enforcement efforts, a young man, known as the 'Lithuanian Escobaro,' is reportedly involved in new allegations of racketeering and kidnapping. Mindaugas Sinkevičius currently serves as the Prime Minister of Lithuania, while Gitanas Nausėda is the President. The government is a coalition comprising the Social Democratic Party (LSDP), the Union of Democrats 'For Lithuania,' the Lithuanian Farmers and Greens Union (LVŽS), and the Electoral Action of Poles in Lithuania – Christian Families Alliance (AWPL–ZChR). The Homeland Union–Lithuanian Christian Democrats and the Liberal Movement are among the opposition parties.
