Happiness Research
Dearest friends
As many of you know, I am currently in the research stage for my PhD in transpersonal psychology. The dissertation title is “Awakening to happiness: The impact of an expanded sense of self on psychological well-being”. It investigates what happiness means to those who are involved in a spiritual search, and the contrast with those who are not. One of the research items is this questionnaire which examines the relationship between our worldview and our happiness:
