legendary dog factory
Hello.
-
Stuffing is my favorite Thanksgiving food.

I've been leaving drawings at Steve's Hot Dogs and they made an Instagram post about it. They are very nice folks and they make a mean dog.

My friend Louis sent me a pen-plotted card and a cross-stitched Franksy all the way from Belgium! I met Louis during my pen plotting phase. Their art is incredible! Check them out on Instagram: @mamboleoolab.

I've been playing a lot of Factorio over my extended weekend. People make amazing web tools for the game. I've been using this Factorio Calculator and this Factorio Blueprint Editor to plan modules for my factory. I "beat" the game today so hopefully it'll be another year or so before I crave it again.

I've been listening to the audiobook of Legends & Lattes by Travis Baldree. It's a really cute story about an orc adventurer in a D&D-like setting that gives up her life to introduce coffee to a town.

Speaking of books, my favorite new author this year has been Becky Chambers. I read all seven of her novels and they were each an instant favorite. They're character-driven, cozy, and thoughtful science fiction books. I highly recommend. You can start with A Psalm for the Wild-Built.

This month is the fourth anniversary of adopting Scooter. Here's a picture of the first time Scooter let me hold him. A few days after adoption, he greeted me in the morning by walking up to me instead of hiding. I had never been near a purring cat before so I was a bit alarmed by it. This is this look of a Frank who doesn't know how to hold cats.
Obligatory 3-Month-Old Scooter
Goodbye.
