Joaquín Cuevas Tellería [He/Him] (La Paz, Bolivia) is an animator and comic artist since 2004. He runs a bookstore called La Viñeteca and teaches drawing. Since 2020, he collaborates with Alejandro Barrientos on Altopía, a comic series with two printed books and free chapters available at gokongo.co
