Elaine Perlman (Executive Director of Waitlist Zero) and her team are making great progress toward getting the “Ending Kidney Deaths Act” (EKDA) passed.

Fifty-nine House members have agreed to co-sponsor the Act.

And so far this year, Elaine and her team have met with Senators Ossoff, Fetterman, Curtis, Gillibrand, Hagerty, Rick Scott, Blackburn, Tim Scott, Moody, Mullin, and Baldwin.  Moreover, she has upcoming meetings scheduled with Senators Warnock, Luján, and Heinrich.
