Letters from Flora: Visiting PDX!

Late Summer/Early Fall Update

Hello lovers,

I hope this quick newsletter finds you well! As we transition from summer to fall, I wanted to share a few updates with you all.

Garden Delights

The late summer has been lovely, and I've been spending much of my time in the garden. My summer plantings are winding down now, making way for the exciting sight of fall seedlings just starting to sprout. It's always a magical time watching the seasons change in the garden while I eat the last of the basil and zucchini. Have you eaten so many tomatoes you can’t stand them anymore? If not, get on that right now before the season is over. Make a tomato sandwich so juicy you have to eat over the sink.

Autumn Travel Plans

While I'm still finalizing my fall travel plans (I haven’t forgotten about you LA!), I do have one trip locked in. I'll be taking a quick jaunt to Portland from September 17-20. During this time, I'll be staying in downtown Portland and will have limited availability. Sorry for the short notice, it’s an impulse trip :)

Photo Fun with Delphine

On a personal note, I recently had a delightful photo date with my friend Delphine. We've been doing quite a few duos together lately, and it's been an absolute blast. In fact, we managed to squeeze in four sessions in just four weeks! I'm hoping we can keep this momentum going - it's been such a joy. It’s so fun to share in such special experiences with one of my favorite people!

Photo by Delphine! We did a bunch of photos during a heat wave then enjoyed a gorgeous meal in Napa after :) Thank you to the sweetie that got me this dress off my wishlist, it’s become a wardrobe staple

That's all for now. Wishing you all a wonderful transition into fall!
