Letters from Flora: Heading South!
Hello lovers!
May snuck up on me, I've been busy channeling a nymph and spending time in my garden enjoying the sunshine. California received more rain this spring than usual which caused the weeds to gain traction & for foxtails to proliferate in my yard! Unfortunately gardening isn't all fragrant roses & shady trees--just as often it's spending time getting dirty, pulling weeds and pruning out things that don't work. Life is like that sometimes which is why I think there are so many gardening metaphors in inspiring quotes!
I can't believe I grew my bangs out!While reflecting on my photo back catalog, I realized it's the two year anniversary of launching “Flora Sparks”! I love my aesthetic creations and the directions Flora Sparks has brought me. To commemorate my rebrand, I wanted to reflect on the photoshoot I did that was flowers and sparks themed. I burnt my nipple and my lawn, but it was worth it! Please enjoy my 3 favorite photos from this shoot which are buried in the gallery on my site. I've never been satisfied with my gallery and I'm making moves to change that, expect a big site update, better gallery and a BLOG sometime in June!
I will always love springI've just signed up for a class in Los Angeles which means I will be there May 28-May 31st. I am hosting in DTLA & will have limited availability due to my class. I had so much fun last time offering duos with the lovely Parker Luna, so we are going to do it again :)
