In this email, we invite you to our first show of the season!
This Thursday: Flock Season Opening
Join us in our cozy theatre for Tournus & Tiny Duos 🌟🌟
🌟 TOURNUS
In this dynamic improvised show, 3 performers will rotate in the roles of main character, side character(s) and technical improviser. Each rotation a new genre: a true testament to the versatility of these 3 improvisers and a wonderfully varied show to watch.
Performers: Laura Doorneweerd-Perry, Gael Doorneweerd-Perry and Tanine Dunais. Tournus is a format originally created by Donatienne Amann from Switzerland.
🌟 TINY DUOS
We have invited our favorite existing and new duos. Some will be hilarious, some will be romantic, some will be both.
Expect terrific acting and beautiful music, all improvised based on your suggestions. Every 10 minutes, a new duo!
The Tiny Duos lineup:
Mash & Samy – So Close
A romance story by 2 improvisers with undoubted on-stage chemistry.
Loving Idiots (Nardje & Christianna)
We paired these two theatre lovers together, and they will take an existing script and run with it.
Amanda (violin) & Marcel (synthesizer) – Music improvisation
Our favorite improv violinist brings her favorite musician (and spouse) for pure music improvisation.
Babette & Ashley
A match made by Flock. They never improvised together but they both…. Draw. And well, too.
Community Service (Jeroen & Rosanne) – Show #2
Festival-traveling show about the rollercoaster that is being a teenager. Alternative music guaranteed.
The season opening will take place in the Flock Studio, where we have built a mini theatre with 35 seats. Before and after, we serve drinks from the -also newly built- foldout bar.
