It's a freeform show and therefore relies heavily on patterns recognition and stories, telling them in a non-traditional sense of the term.
This scene is one of my favorite examples of how it evolved from a scene—to an edit—to a pattern—to a game—to a scene!

What a week!
Like in any photo album, not everything made it in there (we see you Monday advanced classes, Hilversum and production class). When in a few weeks, also the new Wednesday Beginners have started, we will do another collection!

🩰 Invite to a dance project
Not from us, but from our lovely partner Beatzone
Let Amsterdam Dance is a dance project looking for Amsterdammers of all ages.
In each district, approx. 20 residents, with or without dance experience, learn part of Sasha Waltz’s ballet In C and create their own unique performance for Let Amsterdam Dance. On 15 June, all groups perform together at Nationale Opera & Ballet and also present “satellite” shows in their districts, featuring local talent and dancers from the Junior Company.
Rehearsals will take place weekly or biweekly at Studio Beatzone at TT Vasumweg 34b (on NDSM area) on Thursdays from 18:00. The lessons are free and led by choreographer Zoë Greten.
