Today and tomorrow is your last chance to apply for the international ensemble. And we would ❤️ to have you!
This is a special workshop for experienced improvisers from all over the world!
For three days, you will work with highly renowned coach, beloved teacher and brilliant format creator Chris Mead on creating a show together, as a group, with 9 other improvisers. You will think about style, structure, form and more to end up with a show that you are excited about! As the culmination of the 3 days, you will perform the show on the festival stage.
For this ensemble work, you will create a brand-new format alongside other experienced improvisers. The further goal of the project is for every person in the ensemble to own the rights to that creation. This way, you will be able to bring the show back to your community, perform it for your local audience, re-work it with your group and even invite some of the original members to perform it with you!
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday June 24, 25 & 26 — 10:00 to 16:00 (1h lunch break)
€390 for the three-day ensemble work, creation and show.
Location: TBC in Amsterdam-Noord (This workshop is in an accessible space.)
Show on the main stage: Thursday June 26 at Treehouse NDSM.
Applications will be open from Feb 4 to Feb 27, and the selection of 10 international ensemble members will be confirmed at the beginning of March.

To apply, a deposit of 10€ is asked: this amount will be deducted from the price if you are selected, or given as voucher for the festival if you are not selected.
